We are botanical artists and gardeners focused on natural design. We rely on seasonal materials to create beautifully natural products, arrangements, and installations that highlight the materials’ true form.
We work with both dried and fresh botanicals and source the majority of our materials from our own land, local farms, and foraging throughout New England. Our creations often incorporate the magical correspondences, folklore, and therapeutic and ritual
uses of the plants we use.
We offer a variety of bespoke options including tablescapes, arrangements, installations, and photo backgrounds. We also create a range of dried and pressed flower products, including both pre-made and custom work.
Meet Sam & Sarah
As business partners and best friends, we bonded over our love of plants and flowers, gardening, décor and design, and a shared interest in tarot, astrology, and ritual as tools for personal growth. We blended these disparate elements to create the mission and ethos behind The Lilac Thief.
